St Tiernan’s Church on Chapel Street has been a centre of faith and community in Crossmolina for generations, set within the historic Diocese of Killala which traces its roots to the year 1111.
Our parish encompasses the communities of Crossmolina, Eskeragh, Keenagh and Kilmurry, brimming with heritage and urrounded by the beautiful countryside of north Mayo.
More than a historic building, Saint Tiernan’s Church continues to be a living centre of prayer and community life. Each week parishioners gather here to celebrate Mass, receive the sacraments and deepen their relationship with Christ. It is a place where traditions are cherished while new generations are welcomed into the faith.
